Broken bowl.

I like these bowls, however one was broken and you didn’t have one to replace. You refunded my money, but I actually wanted one more bowl that would make 8. Now I only have 7.

TERRIBLE BOWLS. POOR FINISH. DON’T MATCH OTHER WB PIECES!

These bowls are of terrible quality and Pfaltzgraff refuses to stand by their product and allow a free return. I have 20 years’ worth of Winterberry purchases. Many, many pieces. These bowls arrived and they are gray. Not slightly gray, gray. Pfsltzgraff tells me this is within their “slight” color variation policy. It is not slight. Next, the finish is so soft that a single use makes it look like these brand new bowls older and more beat up that any other piece I have, even those bought in the early 2000’s. Pfaltzgraff recommended certain cleaning solutions. I’d have to use they every single time because a single use causes severe metal marks. I’ve sent pictures to them. They will not even consider that there is something wrong with these bowls. It’s been very frustrating to deal with them.

Just the right amount

This is a beautiful pattern— a “nod” if you will to the season. Not too fancy— just the right amount of leaves and berries. The bowls are a great size and have some real substance to them—not delicate or flimsy.

This deep bowl set is a wonderful addition to the 16 piece dinnerware set. All pieces arrived with out damage and are more beautiful in person. I'm am very pleased!

Quality is not the same

I started my set many years ago when they were made in the USA. The pattern is still beautiful but the quality of the product is no longer the same. These bowls chip easily (3 have already chipped out of 8) so I don't have high expectations for longevity. Will probably not purchase additions to my winterberry collection.
