Wrong size

I ordered size 8/10 which is Medium but I received 12/14 Large I called customer service they said they don’t have the size what I ordered so do I have to receive what they haves instead of what I order so disappointed

Does not exist in solid black as shown

Ordered this skirt twice and both times they sent me a black floral silky skirt. After first mistake customer service said they will put a note on order that says black solid only. Well, disappointed again same floral silky skirt was received. Don’t bother ordering
