If u order these u will get a different pair

I purchased these pants but they sent me a different pair. If u order these u will get them in almost white really light grey. They literally were falling off of me. I have purchase this style form lucky brand about 3 -3.5 years ago and they were just a smidge loose. These I would recommend sizing down 1-2 sizes. I informed customer service 3 times and they still have not switched out the photo. The quality is not bad but a size XS fits like a Medium. They r ginormous. On top of that if u Xhosa to return them get ready to spend at least 6 hours on the phone and make at least 7 calls to get a refund and make sure u calculatethe amounturself becauseI was told a different amountfor the returne every time and my refund was in 3 part and took close to a monthto receive. Also I would suggest that when they ask u for a record of all of ur transactions of ur bank account for 2 weeks around the purchase don't provide it its illegal and puts ur personal information at risk.

These are so soft and comfortable! I wish I had gotten several pairs of them!

Shed EVERYWHERE with one wash.

Loved the feel in store and decided to splurge and get them. I did ONE wash exactly as instructed and it pilled and shed everywhere. Me, my husband and my daughter were covered in fuzz when I switched the laundry. SO SO disappointed and wish I would've been able to buy something else with my splurge money.

So soft but ridiculously large

So sad these are so big. They are so soft, but even the XS is way too big. The inseam is so baggy it looks ridiculous and the ankle cuffs are loose and long. Have to return.
