order 3 sizes up

Nice jacket but fits nothing like the picture shows. I normally wear a sz S and ordered this in a medium so I could layer. The medium was tight - no room for any layers. Barely zipped with a t shirt. Hits at the waist rather than the hips. Returned. I do NOT recommend
