Nice brown color

Lovely boot. Comfortable to wear all day. However, if you have wide ankles they might not work for you. I have very small legs so it fits perfectly. Also they run about half size larger but that’s fine with me because I always wear thick socks in the winter.

It looks ugly and cheap. Also the shoe box torn apart and white spots like molds all over the shoe. Had to return it.

Molded Boots! Macy’s used a third party RESELLER

Ordered leather ankle boots on the Macy’s website for a loved ones Christmas gift. I was unaware of Macy’s fulfilling orders via third party vendors. The boots arrived later than the anticipated date, on Christmas Eve. I had to quickly wrap the gift and never opened the shoebox. To my horror, she opened the gift to find boots completely covered in mold! Beware! I definitely would not have ordered the boots had I known they were not from Macy’s.

AWFUL!

Ordered boots. Shipped by third party. New to me. Was unaware not shipped by Macys. Received them and there were several mildew spots on left boot. Had to return to Macy’s, which took forever and was a nightmare! Reordered, same “third party seller”/“marketplace” shipped second pair which also came w mildew on boots. Of note, not only were both pairs ruined and damaged but I am highly allergic to mildew and had an awful reaction that lasted 5 days! Get it together m, Macy’s!

Order canceled

Review is on the seller because I never got to try them on. After weeks of waiting, seller canceled the order claiming they were out of stock. They weren’t out of stock when I ordered. I ordered 2 different sizes and both were canceled. Highly disappointed.

Cute but not as comfortable

Pretty boots but the top of the bootie is a little hard and rubbed my shin when I walked. Not very comfortable.
