Wrong Item

I should have read the reviews before purchasing. I was sent the wrong jacket TWICE. When I called customer service, they informed me that the web ID number for the Dodgers jacket is incorrect. The number shown online is actually for the NY Yankees jacket. The person I spoke to was gracious enough to actually find the Dodgers jacket for me and was able to place the order for me. Unfortunately, the next day I received an email informing me that the item was out of stock. So disappointing!

wrong jacket 3X

Called customer service 5x got sent the wrong jacket 3X they were no help at all. They even ordered the jacket for me, saying I was getting a gift card for the inconvenience because it was an error on their behalf and got nothing!
