Diamond fell out in 3 days! Don’t waste your $$$

Don’t waste your money! Got it on sale, in advance for a birthday gift, but a diamond fell out after only three days, and now it’s outside of the return policy. Not good quality. It also looks silver when worn. The pictures online show it at an angle and you can see that’s it’s gold, but you can’t see any gold when it’s on your finger. Love the concept, but it’s not at all like the picture.
