Low quality

Still working on putting together. Directions are not good and parts are not labeled except for the screws and pillows, which makes it extremely difficult. The cushions are not thick and not that comfortable. Try to follow the scan assembly video, not good. The swivel chairs you have end of screws sticking out with no caps. Looks cheap. Very dissatisfied.

Installation took hours!

The installation is a lot of work. One of our tables was missing a screw for one leg. One of our chairs had the woven strip cut. And on one chair the weave was bumpy and smashed in places. It’s a beautiful set but needs improvement

Great but have patience

I too panicked like review "KG". We received only 3 boxes and 2 of them were duplicates. I thought the whole order was wrong. After contacting Macy's Marketplace Support, who then contacted Xizzi, I found out there is a total of 5 boxes. As for the 2 boxes that are duplicates, they both contain a Corner Piece. I only need 1 corner piece. It was explained to me that I just don't put the larger side piece on and it is an armless chair!! So far my husband and I put together 8 pieces. We haven't tackled the firepit and the 2 swivel chairs just got delivered today. As for what we've put together so far, it all looks great and very sturdy. I would give it 5 stars but Xizzi and Macy's could have done a better job of communicating the number of packages. I only received 1 tracking number on my confirmation. Xizzi was very responsive and did provide me with a full explanation of the pieces and also gave me a list of ALL the tracking numbers. Changed my mind...5 STARS!

Wrong Items

I will update this review if and when the issue is resolved. We ordered thr 13-piece set and shipping was fast. However, upon arrival the order was wrong. We received four boxes instead of five (some pieces missing) and one of the boxes we received was duplicate/the wrong box so additional items were missing. Because this is a third party seller and not Macy's, we are now working through them to see if we can get this figured out. We opened one box before realizing and the quality looks good but we won't be assembling until we can confirm we will receive the right pieces. Hoping to update with a better review soon.
