Green Velvet Dress by Xscape

Fit like a glove while having the perfect amount of “give” in the waist area. Well worth the money! Sleeves stay in place. No adjusting or slipping! Paired it with a pair of black and white polka dot sling backs and a peacock hair fascinator for a retro look. So many compliments!
