Not tuf.

barelytuf. I got these a year ago for bike commuting in the wet. They still keep my feet dry but otherwise I am disappointed. Problems: The rubber trim is peeling away from leather. Doesn't leak yet but I suspect it will soon. There is a plastic stiffener embedded in the fabric/leather in the heel that has cracked and crumbled and is very uncomfortable against my heel. The grey trim at the opening of the boot is smaller than the body of the boot, so it curls inwards and wrinkles. This is just an aesthetic gripe. I have a friend with the same boots that are multiple years old and he has none of these problems. Feels to me like they must have switched to a worse factory or something because the quality is real bad. Not Tuf. I invested in these because my friends rave about them and I wanted to have them for a long time but I'm going to have to get some replacements soon and they will be from a tuffer company.

Multi-purpose waterproof leather boot!

Great boots! Good fit and comfortable. I got them at an amazing sale price too on the Xtratuf website. The leather version is versatile as they can be worn off deck as well and are waterproof without looking like rain boots.

Men’s black leather ankle boot honest review

I’ve owned over 10 pair of xtra tuff. The black leather are trash. They have no grip what so ever like every pair I’ve owned and they mark any and everything up.
