Terrible Way to Do Business

Zero stars actually. I ordered 12 of these candles and my credit card was charged immediately. I heard nothing for one week, after checking each day to see if they had shipped. After seven days I got an email that said they were no longer available and it would take up to a week for my card to be refund. So you can charge my card right away but somehow not refund it as easily? Perhaps you could charge customers when the items are ready to ship.
