Very happy

I cook rice often but my needs are very simple and I did not need anything fancy, just reliable. I was familiar with the Zojirushi brand from recipe forums and it was well-liked by ‘serious’ rice fans, and I can see why! I only needed the simplest model, but it is perfect for me; it cooks much faster than my old rice cooker and is much easier to clean. I like the Japanese rice cup too as it easily makes a ‘perfect portion’ without any fuss. The steaming function also makes great dumplings. Very happy with my choice!

a must buy

This rice cooker is very good and easy to use with only 1 button and it stops when the rice is fully cooked, rice came out fluffy and not overcooked. GET IT

Rice Cooker

Returned...not very good product... package missing sturring spoon... no directions on usage...called manufactrer/distributor and was provided extensive info on how to cook rrice and usage with different types of rice...decided to return product to Macy's GOOD service... product returned to local Macy store and immediate refund provided
