Spanish Omelet (Tortilla de Patatas)

This is a great small pan, perfect size for eggs (fried, scramble) but the best test is for spanish omelet (tortilla de patatas), just so great. The non-stick part is working very well, the heating works evenly and cooks very well. So happy I found it.
