Lovely serving piece.

This oval baker is a gorgeous show piece for serving! Its large capacity and mirrored finish will surely impress your guests. But, do be aware that the bottom is made from significantly thinner stainless steel than most other All-Clad pieces. You'll need to be discerning with what you make in it, and how. You may need to alter oven levels, temps and times to ensure your dish doesn't burn on the bottom.
