Love it so far. Doesn't stick and cleans up so easily.

Basic
I was little disappointed in this pan. It's not as non-stick as I would like for it to me. I made some simple turkey bacon in it and it browned the pan faster than it did the bacon. It just feels like there so much hype around pans with the hexigon inside and I feel for it. I'll keep it but I'm not purchasing this brand/not type again.
Highly Recommend
Second time purchased green pan, it last longer than other frying pans

Poor customer service
The product might be good but this review is for Macys customer service. I ordered this pan when it was on a very good sale. I couldn’t get place the order through the website, so I ordered through the customer service phone number. When I didn’t receive the order, I checked on it through my account and it said the order was pending. Today I checked again, only to find that my order has been cancelled. Macys never let me know. I’m not happy.

No pan yet
Wish I could tell you something. Still haven't gotten a notification that it is shipped.
Disappointed
I tried this pan based on reviews, and after using it a few times I was very disappointed with its claimed nonstick qualities. Food does not slide but in fact tends to stick.
Response from Macy's
We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Melamine sponge on the warm surface; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. We are happy to help!
