Disappointed
I tried this pan based on reviews, and after using it a few times I was very disappointed with its claimed nonstick qualities. Food does not slide but in fact tends to stick.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Melamine sponge on the warm surface; this should do the trick. Best Cookware Invented!
The best way for me to describe this pan is, excellent! There is no other pan that comes close to the Greenpan Apex, in my opinion, that is. I like the 8in size because it's perfect for cooking eggs. There is zero sticking with this pan and I mean zero, it's truly non-stick. A bonus, it's very lightweight and cleans effortlessly. It has become my favorite to cook with and now I need to get a larger one. If you're curious about it, don't hesitate because it's worth it!

Best general use pan!
I’ve been using this pan for 3 weeks. Ow and I love it. Nothing sticks to it, a quick rinse and wipe and it is all clean. It feels heavier than it should be and holds heat really well. It’s the perfect size for my everyday general pan for all meals. After all my use, it still looks brand new. This is a fantastic addition to my cookware set and I can’t wait to see what else I can cook with it.

High quality
Thank you Influenster and Green Pan Apex for sending me this product free of charge in exchange for my honest review. This hybrid 3ply stainless steel pan is a good one! The heat distribution is top notch making it easier and faster to cook. The pan is made of very great quality and durable material. It immediately feels strong. It was easy to clean since nothing was stuck on it. The inside is made with a diamond infused ceramic nonstick pattern and coating. The diamond shaped pattern makes it look pretty. The size is perfect for eggs or any other food product you need to fry. The handle was strong and sturdy. The pan is metal utensil safe which is great and convenient. I love the pan and would recommend it to others.

Fantastic pan
I received this pan for my honest review and wow was I impressed. The size is perfect for just about anything. The pan heats up nicely and handle stays cool to the touch. Food comes right off . Nothing sticks!
