No butter needed cooking eggs
Bought this to see if eggs could be made without butter and no sticking. Success! I've been using it almost daily since I bought it and it's still as good as new.
Your missing out if you pass this pan up.
I was skeptical, never paid such high price but on sale and decided I was tired of every pan I bought failed in some way or another. My first impression was the weight. It was heavier than expected and was a beautiful pan. I loved at 1st site. Then came cooking, WOW that was only word I could get out for 10 minutes. Be smart, over years you’ll spend more money ( and regret it) than on a wonderful, beautiful pan of this quality.

Best Pan Ever!
This is the best pan! Eggs don’t stick. Butter doesn’t burn. It cleans up like a dream. I love my new 8” frying pan!
ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
The Apex Hybrid Ceramic Nonstick 8-inch skillet from GreenPan is, without a doubt, the worst pan I have ever purchased. I am extremely disappointed with it and honestly regret buying not just one, but two of them. Everything sticks to this pan. The nonstick coating is absolutely terrible and does not perform as expected. I have never been this frustrated with a supposedly “nonstick” pan. It completely defeats the purpose of buying a nonstick skillet in the first place. I wish I had returned them, but unfortunately, I waited too long to actually use them. By the time I realized how horrible they were, it was too late to return them. That is especially frustrating because I ended up spending money on two pans that I now deeply regret purchasing. At this point, I am seriously considering throwing both pans in the garbage because I have absolutely no confidence in using them anymore. It is incredibly frustrating to spend money on something that is supposed to make cooking easier.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you may have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring to a simmer/near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a wet Melamine sponge on the warm surface to wipe away any excess oil or food; this should do the trick. Great Size
This pan is a great size for one or two people. Also easy cleanup. I always hand wash pots and pans so cannot comment about using the dishwasher.
