Was great until it warped

Have had this for just shy of a year and I've loved it, and while it cooks beautifully, it's started to warp. I take extreme care to not subject it to extreme temperature changes (let the pan cool off before washing it), but it seems like that wasn't enough to prevent warping. Prior to it warping tho, it was my go to pan. It's such a joy to cook with that I reached for it more often than not

Great pan

Great product I love that. The handle doesn’t get hot at the very end. I have cooked all my meals with it so far and it is excellent heats up quick and is easy to clean. I love to make meals with everything in the pot at the same time and this is perfect for that. The size is great.

Support appears not to be available

I have a new stainless frying pan that has stains I’m unable to remove with baking soda or Bar Keeper’s Friend. I’m not able to access support via the website as it’s not functioning properly.

Cheap materials for lid

Pan itself was ok but the lid discolored on the first use. Can’t clean it.
