Cheap small junk

I opened the box and immediately returned it. I orders online and was so much smaller in person. What a disappointment. Looked a piece of junk for the price. I will never ever order anything ever from this line ever again. Not going to fool me twice.

Clasp broke immediately

The diamonds are so tiny, they might as well not be there. Also, the clasp either arrived broken or broke on the first use.

Goodbye Macys

I ordered this online along with another item late the prior night. I changed the shipping address and billing address on the order. This morning I received an email with the order details and it has my old address 200 miles away. Customer service says return the package after I receive it. Very Funny. I called and asked for a U.S. based number and could not get one after 30 min on hold. Customer service cannot help me anytime after 30 min when the order is placed. Cannot talk to a real person that has any power to fix an address. The order has not processed, been billed or shipped. What great service. Walmart has better customer service. This will be my last transaction with Macys.
