cancelled order

very bad service. not timely shipment, misrepresentation on emails and online status of order as well as when calling customer service. I will not place order with Macy's with any time sensitive or expensive items like this ring

This ring is absolutely beautiful. When my husband first gave me the ring I was stunned. Unfortunately the ring was too big and we had to go to Macys to return it and buy a smaller size. I just got the ring and I couldn't be happier with it.
