Powerful and easy to use
I bought this specifically to make smoothies and it works great. It is easy to use and easy to clean, which is a real plus. I like the addition of 2 straws and the straw cleaning brush.

Stuck blades in small container

In some cases, this can happen if the Blending Vessel is overfilled or if the Beast Blade isn’t fully tightened at the start of the blending cycle, which can sometimes cause ingredients to spill into the threading. To help prevent this, we recommend always filling at or below the Max Fill line. We’d love to look into this further for you. Please reach out to us at help@thebeast.com and provide the following so we can better assist: 1. A photo or video showing the blade stuck to the vessel 2. The recipe used (including measurements) when the issue occurred 3. BAD BOY
They named this bad boy correctly calling it THE BEAST! That's just what it is! In seconds I have the most smooth protein shake with no ice chips are half pieces of fruit. It's just simply amazing and I love that the jars are glass! Heavy duty machine that will last forever!!

Just Average!
Not the best blender I have had. My Ninja actually did a better job.. The Beast actually takes a couple of cycles to blend everything in my smoothie.

It's just the beast...err...best
Once upon a time I owned a beast 850 and after a whole lot of use, it finally died. I decided to try a different brand, and about 4 months into ownership,decided to get rid of it and came back to the beast, this time a 1200. Yes, Beasts are pricey, maybe the most expensive smoothie maker out there....(of course, they can do a few other things as well). But, so glad to be back. The power, the quiet, smooth operation, the excellent smoothies. With my temporary use of the 'other' brand, I found myself slowing down on smoothie making. Now, with my Beast, I am back to every single day use.

For easier cleanup, we recommend rinsing and lightly scrubbing the vessel and blade shortly after each use and allowing all parts to fully dry before reassembling. For a deeper clean, you can also blend warm water with a couple drops of dish soap for one full cycle or place all components except for the base on the top rack of the dishwasher. We also recommend running the components through the dishwasher at least once a week for best results.
