Too "Plush" and definitely not "Firm".

My husband has had a sore neck and backache since we received this mattress. We thought that we were receiving the firm mattress, and not the "plush". Definitely not what we were expecting! How do we return?

Returned

Was soft, however, way to much movement from when partner moves., felt like a trampoline… :( sadly had to return and went with a tempurpedic mattress.
