Black & Decker 2 slice toaster

I gave it as a Christmas gift and when they opened it, the side panel was cracked. I didn’t think the toaster was damaged when I received the box and it wasn’t in the best of shape. However, also didn’t know that the outside of the toaster is totally PLASTIC!!! Now I need to go through the trouble of returning it and buy another gift for that person.

Finally! After buying and returning 5 toasters that either didn't toast or burned everything, I gave this a shot- it works! White toast, sourdough, whole wheat, bagels, toasted golden and NO BURNS!

B & D toaster slots are not long enough

The toaster is adequate. Unfortunately often times the bread doesn’t fit the slides.
