Missing parts

Upon opening and prepairing to assemble, the bolts and nuts supplied to hold the cover on we're too short and one had come unscrewed and was stripped because the threads were damaged from trying to force them together from the factory.

Because you bragged

On the box I read how perfect the heat distribution was supposed to be and compared it to other griddles including thermal pictures of competitors. First time using it, i only got two black circles in the center of the griddle. If I put an egg on the outside edge, it didn't cook at all. I'm practical and understand that it's hard to get it hot on the edges so I wouldn't expect it but because it was bragged about on the box, I was a bit disappointed. Other than that, we love it.
