The Best Recliner EVER!

Oh my gosh, this recliner could not be more comfortable! The power head cushion is great for watching TV fully reclined. I’m 5’8” and the seat leg length is perfect-I get great support from head to toe. The leather is beautiful and soft, and the padding is full and comfortable. The only negative remark would be that once I get in my chair, I really don’t want to get out! Seriously, this recliner is also a dream to fall asleep in. Love it!!!

Foam goes flat fast.

We bought 2 of these chairs a little under a year ago. One of them had a problem with the mechanics right after delivery -- and I will say you have to jump some hoops to get Macy's to make it right : Calling "customer service" is positively Byzantine -- takes several steps to navigate, and then when you finally DO get a person, they don't seem to know much beyond the basics. They say they'll call you back, but they do not and you have to follow up with them. Still they did (eventually) come out and replace that chair. Now almost a year later, the second chair has lost most of its resiliency in the cushion (and you can tell when you compare it to the other chair). Due to illness, a family member has spent several hours a day in that chair (though never more than 10 hours in a day) and the cushions are shot. If the chair will have someone sitting in for more than a couple of hours a day, this chair will not provide support O & that 'worry no more' plan - a ripoff.

Comfy

We bought 2 of these recliners. Love it, it works perfect very comfortable. My first recliner I was missing out. This is perfect for my husband and my self. I highly recommend.

Great leather chair.

Very comfortable, good size, and easy to operate. Goes great with our new sofa.
