I want more

Bought this pan to use as a fryer. My analog pan chipped the non stick. I wanted something that was healthier to cook with. A friend recommended stainless steal. I was hesitant because I didn't want it to stick and turn ugly. But if you use it smartly cook in low or don't let over heat without oil. Etc. should be fine. Well I fried chicken in it. LOVE IT. It's pretty easy to clean I wanted another one but sold out. Best cookware I've been bought. Will buy every piece in time.

Good quality but poor design

Good quality but have to return because the handle gets hot and hard to remove with pots holder

Although Calphalon cookware handles are designed to stay comfortably cool during stove top cooking, always use caution when cooking on the stove top, oven or broiler. Short handles, high cooking temperatures, and long cooking times can cause handles to get hot on the stove top, or when used in the oven or broiler. Always use a potholder or oven mitt to prevent burns when handling cookware on the stove top, and when removing pans from the oven or broiler.

Easy to use, easy to clean!

This is a beautiful pan for everyday cooking. It is a large pan to be used for anything from fried foods to sauces. It was easy to clean as nothing stuck to the finish.

Love it!

I have the whole space saving set in the non stick style. I loved the Everyday Pan so much, I had to get it in the stainless steel also. This pan did a great job browning my pork chops. It's a great size. I love the space saving style of it.

Love how the lid cradles in the pan! Love the way it cooks as well!
