bottom drawers do not stay closed

We purchased the 5 drawer and 7 drawer dressers a few years ago. We had problems immediately with the drawers not opening or closing properly. Macy’s sent someone out to do some repairs but ultimately they have never worked right. We have had to completely remove 1 drawer from the 5 drawer dresser. Very poorly constructed.

I had my queen size Canyon bed for over 5 years. Macy's delivered and assembled in the room. Aside from an adjustment to the screws of the headboard after moving it around the room, it has not required anything. it's very solid, doesn't make noises and the finish is still brand new. I'm very happy with it.

Well made and nice looking.

The middle support is very weak, it is very poorly built. I would expect better quality from Macy’s. The set looks great but the structure is poorly designed, it’s bowing and I keep hearing cracking noises whenever we move. My husband weighs 180 and I’m 125 so it should handle our weight, we bought a California king. I Don’t recommend it!

We originally bought this a few years ago for our oldest son. We purchased the queen size bed, the tall dresser and nightstands. Love the color of the wood. The dresser drawers open & close very smoothly— it’s almost a soft close. It has held up great with everyday teenage boy use. So based on that, we decided to purchase the same exact set for our youngest son about a year ago and it has been an equally good purchase!
