CeCe Floral Halter Dress

I usually wear a S in dresses but ordered both the S & M after viewing the size chart. I ended up keeping the S. The dress is an easy slip over the head dress and it is fully lined. It is a really pretty flowy dress that can be dressed up or down. I am wearing this dress to a casual outdoor wedding in FL with sandals. Definitely recommend this purchase.
