Pillow

Long time I order this pillows and love it, and this month I ordered again, only 1 pillow was received the I got email saying will be delivered later, got e-mail that was delivered today , but did not received where was delivered ? The order was canceled and not sure if they re ordered again. Bad experience with Macys . I trusted for many years look like everything has been changed true the years.
