This is truly disappointing!!!!!
This is truly disappointing. I usually keep my appliances for over 10 years, but this one broke after only two years. I can't believe the warranty is only one year.!!!

I have not received product so I don’t know how it will perform.

This grill is even better than my last Ninja grill.
Best air fryer ever but does not last
I bought 2 of these less than 2 years ago. They both do not work. There is an issue with the close lid switch and it is well documented many places on t he internet. One lasted just a little over a year and the other one lasted just under a year. It cooks amazingly well but do not throw away your other air fryers because you may have to use them again because this one is the best but does not last.

Good product, improvement
I bought this to replace my old unit, so happy I did, this is a complete improvement, easy to clean, my only issue is becareful of the handles on the plate, easy to burn yourself if flipping food by hand

We do not recommend this product!!
We bought this product a little over a year ago and it has stopped working properly. Constantly tells us to add food. It continuously runs when the door is open and eventually stops running with a bunch of clicking noises and starts up again. Do not recommend this product. We've reached out to Ninja and they have not returned any emails regarding this issue. Who wants a product when the company doesn't help you when things go wrong!
