I bought this to replace my old unit, so happy I did, this is a complete improvement, easy to clean, my only issue is becareful of the handles on the plate, easy to burn yourself if flipping food by hand

We do not recommend this product!!
We bought this product a little over a year ago and it has stopped working properly. Constantly tells us to add food. It continuously runs when the door is open and eventually stops running with a bunch of clicking noises and starts up again. Do not recommend this product. We've reached out to Ninja and they have not returned any emails regarding this issue. Who wants a product when the company doesn't help you when things go wrong!

Nice
We have this and love it. Easy to clean and the way the meat cooks is perfection! Love love this, we can even make Pizza in this air frier, it is very convenient and doesn’t take up some space

Great but doesn't last long....
We purchased ours 5/24 and it died 8/25. It's great but this is the 2nd one we purchased, and guess what...we didn't learn our lesson. Ordering a 3rd one. This time we will purchase a warranty. Good news is that its on sale.

Good at first then it suddenly stopped working
It was good first year, I only used for air fry and not use often. After 1.5 year, in the middle of cooking, the machine malfunctioned showing “shut lid” and stopped working, besides the lid was shut, machine is cleaned. Then I read, so many people have the same issue. I called support, even I bought it from their site, after 1 year there is no warranty. They only offer 30% to buy a new one.
