Trust the reviews

Returned the first one but the replacement works the same. At level 6/6 you barely get a toast. Then you go for a second round and if you don’t lower it to #3 you get a little too much… If it’s frozen the defrost doesn’t help. Put it in the microwave for 15 seconds first…
