I can’t cay it often enough. This couch looks and feels great, is soooo comfortable and seats 4–5 people easily, depending on size of course. The leather is soft, I love the stitching on the sides of the couch. We got the couch with two recliners, well worth the extra money. We have had the couch over a year now, no cushions have sagged or misfired, and could not be happier with it. Highly recommend this product.

Love the sectional, it’s very comfortable, the charcoal color is beautiful. So far I’m very happy with my choice. The reason I’m giving it 3 stars is that I am still waiting for a brand new left recliner. I have always bought Macy’s furniture and never had the issues like this with customer service before. The first one they delivered looked to be used and was scratched up. They assured me that they had and would deliver/exchange for a brand new one. The drivers arrived today and I had to refuse the delivery because this piece was also used and damaged, with what looked like dog hair on it. Third time is a charm right. Hopefully the next delivery shows up brand new and still in the box. My other pieces that arrived in box are in great condition by the way. If you purchase this sectional make sure to inspect pieces closely before accepting the delivery.

This sofa is sooo classy looking! The quilted detail and the back of this reclining sofa is gorgeous with nice clean lines! We ended up getting 3 recliners and the chaise so at least all 4 of us can recline. The color is sooo beautiful with our new gray flooring! We especially loved Sari our sales rep that was sooo easy to work with. We will always purchase from her!

My sectional was delivered on Friday 11/4/17. White Glove Service was awesome. Looks great in our living room. Soft leather and it looks very classy.

great couch
we have had the Jessi couch now for a couple of month and we love it!!! The leather is very soft, the couch is comfortable and stylish. All 5 of us fit on it just fine. We got it with 2 recliners, am so glad we invested a bit more on that. Highly recommend this couch. Wish they would make a recliner to compliment it.

This sectional has exceed our expectations! We purchased it almost two years ago now and it still looks brand new. It has held up to not only our own two kids but numerous neighborhood kids and a dog who have made this their favorite daily hang out spot! We took advantage and customized the sectional to include eight pieces, 3 power recliners and 2 center consoles. The power recliners extend and retract quietly and smoothly. In fact we love it so much we are considering purchasing another sectional for our loft/bonus room.

I purchase this sofa in February 2017.. The seats are extremely comfortable, elegant, and enjoyable. I would recommend this product. The footprint in the store was not accurate so I cancelled one of the pieces I had originally ordered. When the sofa came it was obviously missing the armchair. I had to repurchase the arm chair and end up paying an additional $100 for shipping and new credit terms.
