I have had this sectional for more than a year now. I am SO happy with this purchase! The leather has held up beautifully. The recliner sections are amazingly smooth and quiet and comfortable. I called Macy's furniture department and also Macy's customer service today because it looks like on one of the recliners, the bottom is going in too far on the frame when it is closed and they are sending a tech out to look at it. The customer service from the salesperson, Lisa, at the furniture department at Macy's and Trudy at Macy's customer service has been stellar. I couldn't ask for more prompt service and attention. I looked for the perfect piece for my newly remodeled family room and just can't say enough about it!! FABULOUS!!!!!

We lounged happily for a very long time when we went to view this piece in the Marlborough, MA store. Sales person Kathie was outstanding. Delivery men Danny and Walden were outstanding!!! as well. The leather is gorgeous, and the overall piece truly stunning by itself. Little else is needed. A most simply elegant centerpiece to bring friends and family together.

I had my heart set on a light colored leather sectional. In my research, Macy’s had the best options and best prices. I had not considered this one because I didn’t like the style or color online. The one I liked online couldn’t compare in person. It’s high quality leather, not shiny, a warm creamy white that goes well with my beige walls, white woodwork, and greys and golds in my decor. Firm but so comfortable seating. And comfortable to lay down on too. Perfect!

I've only had this couch for less then 2 months and one of the back chases is already loose and squeaking really bad. So very disappointed in the quality.

I shopped for months looking for the perfect sofa, this one is beautiful to look at and felt comfortable when I sat on it in the store. Had the sofa delivered the lower lumbar board is terribly uncomfortable. One power recliner pops and makes squeaking noise the other works intermittently. I am so disappointed as I thought I had found the perfect sofa. I will be calling tomorrow to return this sofa.

We absolutely love our sectional, we purchased this set late November 2017, absolutely love them. We have 4 dogs small to medium in size and the dogs love them too. Leather is durable my dogs are in the sofas almost all day long running and playing and have seen no scratches so far. delivery was on time as promised and very professional. We are very happy customers.
Great Couches, Great Salesperson, Awesome Delivery
We had searched for nearly a year to find a sectional, in leather that would fit into our family room. We nearly gave up on the idea when we went to Macy's Furniture in Oakbrook, IL. The sales person was outstanding and patiently showed us this sectional which could be configured to fit our room. The leather, workmanship and recliners that didn't look like recliners, were just what we wanted. We ordered it and it was delivered in a few days. The delivery people were fantastic. I would definitely shop at Macy's furniture again and would highly recommend them because of their professionalism, customer service, delivery and set-up. I am beyond impressed and have never found customer service like this from any furniture company. The sectional and couch are beautiful and we are beyond excited at how they look! Thank you Macy's!!

As soon as we set eyes on this sectional we knew it was what we have been looking for. It got delivered within a week on time as promised. Sofas so far are awesome! very comfortable and easy to clean. my dogs are running all over it and no scratches are visible. We are really enjoying them. Will update a few months from now.
