Wonderful furniture!
We absolutely love our new sectional. We've had it for a week now. Our old sofa and love seat was five years old, so we were beyond ready for new furniture. We looked at multiple stores and Macy's was our last stop and we came across the Liam. The delivery guys, Bryan and Luis, were WONDERFUL! They offered to vacuum first, they laid down a rug to minimize tracking into the house, wore gloves on their hands and over their shoes. They communicated every step of the way and made sure that the furniture was set how we wanted. They even spoke and interacted wonderfully with my parents and daughter who were there during the delivery. We are trading out one of the arm-less chairs for an arm-less power recliner, which will be delivered tomorrow. The ONLY negative thing I have to say so far about it, is that if you have pets, especially cats with sharp claws, do not let them make quick moves on it, because it will scratch. The scratches do eventually blend in though.

This is an amazing sectional-the power recliners so comfy! and it looks like it was made for a celebrity! The delivery guys knew just how to unwrap and put together expertly!

We purchased the Liam Power Recliner in Pewter. We received the couch and realized they delivered us the manual recliner couch. We called customer service and they were able to rectify the issue and re-order the correct couch for us with the features we paid for. It took forever for them to re-deliver it, and they wouldn't confirm deliver time windows until 24 hours prior to delivery day making it very hard for us to plan around work/kid schedules and delivery had to be rescheduled several times due to this. We did finally get the correct couch, and so far we like it. It looks nice, is soft and comfortable. We have only had it a few days so I can't attest to its durability. It does scratch easy if you have a cat with sharp claws who likes to jump up on the back of the couch... Overall, I like it enough so far.

I bought this sectional last week. Jacqueline helped us, she is an excellent sales associate. We received the sectional today, we are very happy with this buy. We love this couch! Very comfortable, and makes the room look much more spacious than the previous piece! It is a must have if you are in the market for a fabric couch. We bought the full sectional with all the power recliners and cup holder/charging section and it is well worth it. Definitely get the protection plan which covers all the electronic components as well. The delivery men were really great! It was raining on the scheduled delivery day and the delivery men rolled out the red carpet, wore shoe covers, connected the couch, and delivered without making any mess. They didn't leave until they made sure it was to our liking. They showed us all the features and did not leave any messes. Must have couch for the price! I would highly recommend!!!

Am really glad that we purchased this sectional sofa. The sales person (Jim) was very helpful in making the selection and went out of his way to answer all of our questions. There was no pressure at all to purchase this. The sectional is very nice and we especially like the power recliners on each end. The delivery team (Anthony and Gerald) did an outstanding job of setting it up and even placed felt pads on the legs since the sectional sits on our laminate floors and Macy's did an outstanding job of notifying us days prior to delivery. The fabric on this sectional actually gives the appearance of a leather look which makes it look really nice. We would definitely recommend this sectional and would also recommend Macy's and having it delivered. We will definitely use Macy's for our future furniture needs. Great job Macy's and the team.

Can't say enough about this reclining sectional! It's stylish, plush and sooooo comfortable! What I love the most is that the recliner power button is positioned on the INSIDE of the arm...no struggling to reach over and blindly fumble for the button. I'll be remodeling this year and plan to put our set in the "man's cave" and buy myself a new one for the living room. You won'r regret this purchase!
