Purchase a Dining set and Macys never repaired it

I purchase this set and within 6-7 months the table was damage with the sun. It melted part of the table. I contacted the warranty department, and they gave me the round a round and never repair or replace it. The service was horrible. I was very disappointed. I will never purchase furniture from Macys again. Horrible service and the representative were very rude and disrespectful.

Nice quality heavy duty for heavier people

I like the quality I purchased many different pieces and while a couple people have said it is so terrible I felt the need to communicate that it is indeed high quality outdoor furniture that is totally worth the expense. Yes some pieces should be covered in rain because they have cushions but you can also remove the cushions when rain is expected and then it's fine to leave uncovered the frames I have had for about two months now in very hot summer Midwest weather and rain and love the welded frames I expect it all to last a very long time

Does not last

This set is beautiful but the finish rubs off, sunscreen stains it and after our first family dinner it was ruined with faded patches and I’m Not sure how that even happened. I splurged on this set and it was destroyed looking after 2 weeks.

Nothing but problems

We bought the table at the end of the summer last year and it has been nothing but problems. The top scratches super easily and gets sun spots. Now the boards on the top of the table are warping and pulling away from the table. When we had a service person out here earlier this summer for the sun spots and surface he warned me not to move the table because they are known to have an issue with the boards separating. For the price it’s crazy the lack of quality.
