Frustration Nation

We ordered the whole set with white glove delivery. Aside from the hassle of leaving work to meet the delivery window and waiting… the piece was damaged. A new set was reordered and the waiting game started again together with missing work to meet another very late delivery. This time the frame arrived undamaged but without any cushions. It was sent back again. This service has been a huge waste of precious time and money.

Quite pleased w the furniture- nice cushions, comfortable, and not low seating. White Glove service fabulous- great communication w delivery and delivers very professional and made it so easy - thank you!

Quality Concerns

Had this delivered today. The "wicker" portion is great. The cushions look really cheap in person and are faded. Macy's support says I have to have the cushions inspected before they can exchange them to see if I happened to have a defective set. Seems silly. Unfortunately, the quality does not match the price.
