Noisy retuned

The 1t time I used the mixer it sounded horribly loud! I didn't think it would make it through mixing the batch so I requested a return request. Not for me. I love to bake and I am not going to take my chances long term on a machine that shakes, rattles and is this noisy right out of the box. Do not recommend.

Missing the dough hook

Package delivered 2 days after delivery date was given. Box appeared to have been previously opened and taped back very sloppy. The dough hook is missing. Emailed Cowsar advising and they responded advising they don’t know what a dough hook is. Unbelievable.
