Horrible thin pan, burns food
Definitely do not recommend, super light pan that gets scratched easily and burns food super fast because of its thin base. The handle is heavier than the pan. I’ve had multiple cuisinart pans and this is by far the worst. The only thing good about is is its shape.
Response from Macy's
We’re sorry to hear this pan did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding its weight, durability, and cooking performance. For best results, we recommend using low to medium heat, avoiding metal utensils, and allowing the pan to preheat gradually before adding ingredients. For stainless-steel care, letting the pan cool before washing, using warm soapy water with a non-abrasive sponge, and removing discoloration or stuck-on food with a paste of baking soda and water or a stainless-steel cleaner can help maintain its appearance and performance.
Cuisinart cooking pot
The pot really wasn’t that good everything stuck in it and it burned
Response from Macy's
We’re sorry to hear that your pot didn’t perform as expected. Sticking and burning can sometimes occur if the pan isn’t preheated properly or if insufficient oil or butter is used, and hand washing with warm, soapy water often helps maintain its nonstick performance. Our team can provide tips to optimize cooking and cleaning for the best results. Not sure about the quality
I like the shape of the pot makes it easy to sauté or stir fry. Feels very light weight for a stainless steel pot. It also makes noises on my induction stove while my other stainless steel pots don’t. Discoloration/pit emerges after first use. Very disappointing.
Response from Macy's
Thank you for sharing your feedback—we’re glad you like the design and versatility of the pot, but we’re sorry to hear about the issues with weight, noise, and discoloration. Some noise on induction stoves can occur due to vibrations between the cooktop and the pot, and minor discoloration or pitting can sometimes appear with initial use but does not affect performance. Our Consumer Assistance representatives can review your concerns and assist with options if needed. Please contact our Consumer Assistance Center at 1-800-726-0190.

Cheap quality
The quality is so cheap that the food burns even on a low flame.
Response from Macy's
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your food burned while using your pan. Cooking with stainless steel can sometimes take a little adjustment—preheating the pan over medium heat, adding a small amount of oil, and allowing it to heat before adding food can help prevent sticking and burning. Your comments are appreciated, as they help guide future product improvements.
