Too Hot to "handle"!

The pot is so pretty but be warned about how hot the handle gets .

Beautiful design

This kettle is beautiful and looks great sitting on my stove. It is not quite as hefty as I anticipated, but that is beneficial when it is full of water. I use it every day.

Terrible quality & customer service

I purchased this nice looking kettle as a gift for a family member. I liked the style, features and the brand Cuisinart, so I was excited to gift it. After only a short time of use, the interior started to rust around the bottom seal. The rust can’t be scrubbed out because it’s in the seams and walls, so the kettle can’t be used for drinking. Very poor customer service, when I addressed it with Macy’s. It had been bought ahead of the occasion and then when gifted a short time of use. They said it’s been too long, nothing they can do, I explained it was only recently opened and used, even though I purchased a few months ahead. Still no help. In my opinion, cheaply made product. No help resolving the issue.
