Unhappy with product

Have only used it one time and my food stuck to bottom and it has the imprint of the burner on the bottom of pan. I used it according to the directions

Pressure cooker.

This pressure cooker is huge! So far it has cooked wonderfully. I have made 2 beef stews and dry 15 bean soup 2 times. Cleans up nice. I really like this pressure cooker. I really liked that it’s stainless steel instead of aluminum. Will come back and update after cooking more in it.

Works Great!

Heavy and well made. Lid is extra secure. Learned how to pressure cook 40 years ago. Have tried several different brands and all were a disappointment. This one works like a pressure cooker should. Love it.

Good choice for 8 quart Pressure Cooker

This is another high quality product from Cuisinart, the most prominent features being the clamp design of the lid and the ability to switch from low to high pressure. The finish of the stainless steel is very attractive and the pressure cooker has a nice heavy feel. Cooking is fast and efficient and cleanup is relatively easy. The only negative is that the pot is relatively narrow and seems disproportionately tall and skinny compared to other pots in my kitchen. A 10 inch diameter would have made this pressure cooker perfect.

Love my Cuisinart Pressure Cooker!

I received this for Christmas from my husband. I had been searching for one for canning in the summer and couldn't find one. I LOVE the two meals I've prepared using this!! Highly recommend!

Pressure Cooker 8 Quart

I have not had one in a while and found myself in need of a new pressure cooker. The quality and look very nice, I was skeptical concerning the the operation of the cover but overall great design and excellent quality.
