pearl fell out of setting

I really liked this ring when I bought it. Unfortunately a year after I bought it the pearl fell out. I wasn't doing anything strenuous, sitting in an auditorium watching my son graduate, I looked down and there was an empty setting. I had pretty good luck with jewelry purchased through Macy's but not this time. Customer service said there was nothing they could do. Since I got it at good sale price I didn't purchase the warranty so I have an empty setting with no pearl.

Lovely pearl ring

This is a beautiful pearl ring. I got it on sale and the price was amazing. I have worn it twice. This ring will someday be passed down to a Granddaughter.

I purchased this ring to go with my tahitian pearl necklace, earrings and bracelet. is a beautiful ring, seems of good craftsmanship and is perfect for what I wanted. I agree with another review that Macy's is a great place to purchase jewelry. Keep an eye on what your interested in til best price.
