Beautiful, High Quality, Large Denby Mugs

Overall very happy with my Denby Large Azure Mugs. They're definitely a darker azure in person, with a wider band of contrast color at the lip than shown, and heavily glazed. I have a pair of mugs from 1997 in the same color, but unglazed and they’re much lighter in color, more like the photos, which I prefer and had hoped for. However, they are beautiful, very well made, and a perfect size and lip width for coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Comfortable to hold, and they maintain heat nicely. On sale, worth the price for mugs that will last decades at minimum.

Changed design.

I bought the to supplement the the i had from a few years ago. Annoyingly, the design has changed slightly with a thinner, sharper rim. Don't know why they would do this but it does make them feel a little cheap. At £18 each they are expensive. Disappointed with them.
