Diamond Hoops

The gold diamond hoops are beautiful. I have a hard time getting the clasp to open. You all might need to revisit that peace. Other than that, the hoops are beautiful. I would recommend this product. They are not heavy on the ears.

Earrings review

Had to return original pair because the stem wouldn't line up properly. Took 20 minutes to unlock catch in order to remove one earring. When I brought the earrings back to Macy's they easily gave me a new pair. No hassle.

They cancel your orders with no explanation .

Why did you cancel my order after i paid for it? They should not do this . It causes problem when you are buying gifts and think they re shipping on time.

Earrings never came

My diamond hoop earrings never came but the website showed they were delivered. I received everything else but my earrings. Macy said they did investigate and will not replace.
