Not what was in the picture

I ordered the gold one in size 6. When I received it I noticed that the clasps holding the diamond were silver instead of all gold. I called Macy's to exchange it for all gold like in the picture. And when I received the ring it came back exactly the same. There is another ring for sale that had a gold band and the clasps are silver and I specifically didn't order that one because I wanted the all gold look. I'm disappointed because they advertise one thing and they sent another. The ring is really nice and still kept it but I didn't like that they didn't send what was on the picture.
