Sandale damage

I was very surprised when the item arrived because it was damage . And on top of that I need to return the item before they send another one, I am disappointed be I I am disable I cannot be driving I need to fine someone to drive me. When Macy’s send me a damage shoes

Acceptable for the Price

The inside foot bed of these sandals is wearing very nicely and has a firmness that I like. The only hitch is the buckle. The buckle itself is no problem. It is the holder hoop that retains the excess that is a bit fussy to enter and exit. It sticks and pulls instead of sliding through. I was sure it was going to get torn up fast, but so far it is holding up well. Be prepared to need extra time to put on and take off.
