Disappointment

Let me start off by saying I have a lot of Effy jewelry. My husband bought this for me approximately 6 months ago. I take such care with my jewelry, however I’m so disappointed with the necklace. The clasp broke. Have no idea why this happened. I called Effy to find out coverage. and how to make a claim Most broken items are covered I was told I have to pay for shipping, ok no problem. When asked if the clasp Will be fixed and covered I was told, oh not sure. You have to send the item-to them and they’ll see if it’s covered. I’m very disappointed with Effy. Having spent a whole lot of money on Effy Jewelry this was disappointing.
