    Surprisingly disappointed.

I loved our old leather power recliner from Macy's -- so comfortable! -- but when the leather finally wore through at 10 yrs, I hoped they still carried it. They don't, so I chose this one instead. It seemed comfy enough in the store on my brief tryout, but at home after about 10 minutes it gets downright uncomfortable. Not enough support in the headrest and at just 5'5" my legs hang over the end several inches. On top of that, it makes a worrisome thump/clunk underneath the seat when I get up. I've tried to tell myself it's OK, but it's a real disappointment. Not recommended. White Glove delivery was excellent, though.

    Erith Leather Swivel Rocker Recliner

This is a great recliner and it has all the features I wanted. I would recommend it for a shorter person like me because the seat area is shorter than most chairs. It is very comfortable. Very happy with my purchase.

    Extremely uncomfortable

I did read the reviews and hoped I would feel differently. However, this had to be the most uncomfortable chair/recliner I’ve ever sat in. I literally got cramps in my legs and had pain in my back. I’m 5’5” and my foot and about 5” of my leg hung off the chair. The end of the chair dug into my legs. I’ve purchased furniture from Macy’s in the past and loved every piece. But this chair was returned. I would not recommend.

    Brand Identification was missing!

Nice chair. But it is strange that I tried to find the name of the sofa as Erith’s brands and could not find the attachment anywhere with the chair!

Most comfortable chair I EVER had.

I have the manual adjust and absolutely love it. Chair is supportive but not hard at all. Doesn't bother my bad back to get in or out of it. It is a good height for my 5'7" frame and my husbands favorite chair. Leather is supple. Had this for 6 months now, it is the chair whoever enters the room first goes to, teen sons, guests, even pregnant guest, EVERYONE! We HAVE TO get another one. Can see myself spending hours rocking my new grandbaby in this chair!

    Not happy with my purchase

If you decide to perches two of this recliners, just be aware they may be not gonna match. Not the color, look or style, but angel of position when it rocks it hits the floor in front. First recliner was perfect, dissuaded to buy second one. Big mistake. Trying to retune.
