Proceed with caution

I loved this chair. It was so comfortable. I have had it just over a year, 9.4.23 purchase date, it was delivered several weeks later. It just started making a very loud popping noise upon reclining and was leaning to the right. I called and they sent a tech out to fix it. He tightened the bolts on 10.1.24. Tonight 10.3.24 I sat down and went to recline only to almost fall out of the chair onto the floor. Apparently he over tightened something and the wood support broke! Now I get to wait until 10.9.24 for a tech to come tell me its broken! If they can order the part it will be 4 weeks, then I make another appointment once part arrives for installation. If it can't be repaired, I have to order a new chair. I really like this chair but I am afraid to order another one based off the reviews. I'm sad and have no chair to sit in while being sad. This chair was too expensive to break down this soon!

Problem with furniture when delivered

Two chairs with ottoman was purchased. First delivery came one set was damaged at the base of the chair and at the base of the ottoman. Kept one set sent the other back with the delivery driver. The chair that was kept had a arm rest that was not able to be lined up correctly. Our sales person Lina Y. Ordered two replacement sets. Those sets were delivered yesterday and one chair had to be returned because the hole for the arm rest did not line up for the screw alignment. Our sales person Lina Y was notified (by the way Lina Y has been great to work with). We're waiting to hear when the next delivery is. I hope that the third delivery will have a chair that assembles correctly and I will be a happy customer.

Be cautious

Recliners are comfortable but one was delivered 2 times with little damage.

Perfect

I purchased 2chairs for my Home Bar room. I wanted a light color and it was only available in light grey. not what a really wanted. well when they arrived they were more like a light off white or light cream. Perfect. They are very comfortable and are not so large as to overcome the space. I would purchase them again. Actually they are nicer than my stressless chair that I paid 2500 for

NOT ARRIVED.

It has not arrived. Ordered on June 2. Please let me know when it is coming.

Worth the wait

I love my euro recliner. It is well crafted and a beautiful addition to my room.

Beautifully made furniture!

Wonderful with a quirk

Beautiful; incredibly comfortable. Love that it swivels and reclines. What I don't love is that the circular base on both is warped. On a rug might not be that big of a deal as the chair seems to flatten out when someone is sitting in it. But the ottoman does not and on a wood floor wobbles like a table with one short leg and makes an audible noice as you adjust your feet. This was the case, though not as bad, on the replacement. I decided I'd have to live with it as I hadn't found anything I like better and was not going to go through the remedy process again.
