This chair has a beautiful design, quality leather and wood components, and is extremely comfortable, even in the non-reclined position. We purchased this as an accent piece for two leather power recliners, and it completes the room perfectly. We looked at similarly designed chairs that cost up to four times the price, and found this one to be more comfortable and better looking. We’re very happy with this purchase and highly recommend this chair.

WE RECEIVED OUR FURNITURE DAMAGED. THE UPS DELIVERY DID NOT RING OUR DOORBELL AND QUIETLY LEFT DAMGED BOX ON PORCH. TAKEN PICTURES BELOW. ONCE BOX WAS OPENED FURNITURE WASA DAMAGED AT MULTIPLE POINTS. CALLING MACY'S OUR ONLY 2 OPTIONS WAS TO REQUEST A TECHNICIAN OR RETURN ITEM AND LOSE THE SALE. HAVE TO WAIT 11 DAYS FOR TECHNICIAN. VERY UNSATISFACTORY DELIVERY OF OBVIOUS DAMAGED GOODS.

For the price of this chair . One would think it would last more than 3 years. Every 4 months or so . I have to tighten all the allen screws. Today I found out the metal bracket for the arm rest is broken now. The leather held up but the materials used for this chair are sub par. I would not recommend this chair.

The chair is beautiful and comfortable, and the white glove delivery and assembly were perfect. However, if you're looking for a recliner in which you can fully recline, this is not the chair for you. It goes back less than 45 degrees. I even had a service tech come and check if it could go back further, and it cannot due to some welded piece. Overall, it's a very nice chair, just not a "real" recliner, in my opinion.

I ordered 4 of these chairs. First delivery 3/4 broken. Returned the entire shipment. 2nd delivery today first chair comes off the truck in an opened box that wasn't for the chair with a greasy dirty raggy moving blanket thrown over it. Back had leather worn off and loose stitching. I didn't even bother looking at the rest because who sends out an order like this. I am so disgusted. Sales women didn't call back or respond to messages. Two days wasted waiting to receive a pile of garbage. Why can't they check the merchandise before they send it out
