Was looking up some deals on smart watches and looking at my Fitbit versa I bought in 2018 for Christmas it just works fine still gives me 4+ days of battery with screen off just give it a shoutout that’s all there are a few nicks after all these years just getting bored of the looks 😛 but will look for sense 2 or versa 4

Less than 2 years after purchase the screen stopped working. I use this to track my heart rate and steps and it's super important for it to work. This is my 5th fitbit since 2016 so definitely not worth it. This is getting added to the graveyard of pedometers I have I guess. Macys doesn't offer an extended warranty with fitbits either

I bought this Fitbit at Macy's lasted for months read the reviews and the same thing happened to me the face does not light up so you cannot read your notifications. No help from Macys to replace . Very wrong to sell you defective product.

I thought about getting a smart watch for about a year and was comparing different brands. I just wasn't sure if it was worth the cost. I decided to get this one because I like the rose gold finish. It has all the needed things for clocking steps/miles, and all kinds of exercise. I use it even when doing Pilates, walking and biking. There are many clock faces available in the Play Store so you can change the look of it anytime you like. The clock faces give you options of what you want displayed right on the clock screen. Its fun to try different ones that completely change the look.

nice fitbit. only problem is that if you request 7 options, it needs to be charged everyday. But for the price, very good , Does charge very quickly. Only wish I didn't have to charge it every day.
Defective product sold. Did not turn on nor charge
Bought as a surprise birthday gift for my husband unfortunately he was not able to use it as it never did charge nor work. I have a feeling I was sent a refurbished product instead of a brand new order. Unfortunately I got busy with school and missed my return deadline. Now am stuck with a watch I can't even return nor use. Am totally disappointed with this Macy's purchase.

Battery life is unacceptable. I’m charging it every 6 hours. This is not worth the time. Will NEVER recommend.
