I was far from totally pleased with my purchase

Initially I like Frango's variety of chocolates. But there were two things that I was disappointed in. 1. The first was the box of Frango's DARK Chocolate Mints was NOT available at the register in the upstairs section of the store. The saleslady who sold me the box only Thought the Mint Chocolates were Dark Chocolate; but they weren't. They were MILK Chocolate Mint instead of Dark Chocolate Mint. 2. When I tried to have the opened box refunded, right after I saw - by their shade of brown - that they were MILK Chocolate instead of Dark Chocolate, the purchase turned out to be UNREFUNDABLE! I was at the Customer Service Desk when I tried to get them refunded; and that's when I saw the boxes of DARK Chocolate Mints, and that I saw the boxes of Dark Chocolate are BLACK; instead of dark green. . I want the sales lady who previously sold me the Milk Chocolate Mints to know the difference, which I discovered for myself when I tried to get the Milk Chocolate refunded.

Little pieces of heaven.

This Seattle transplant has loved Frangos for a good 40 years. I was overjoyed to find them on sale just before Christmas. Mint chocolate is the best!

Stale

I buy these every year for Christmas gifts. This year they were stale. I was embarrassed that I had them sent out to coworkers and friends. What a disappointment.
