This is very nice and easy to use. I would recommend this to a female only because it is a perfect size.

Nice watch

I really like this smart watch alot, but it wasn't for me. First off description states it is touch screen which it is not, buttons only. Second was that it is thick and heavy in my wrist,making it uncomfortable to wear all day and especially to sleep. If it were not for these two things I would of definitely kept it, the features are great and battery life excellent. Garmin connect app is also great and keeps all your info in one place from heart rate, activity,intensity,sleep,stress and so much more. There are also tons of watch faces you can download,also loved the quick release watch bands. The watch is also waterproof so can wear when showering, swimming ect. So if the fist two things don't matter to you I would most definitely get this one.
